The hotel cum restaurant is a small scale orange category 3 Star rating hotel unit. Earlier the hotel was granted consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 Vide no. O14JALCTOW1124662 dated 11.04.2014 valid upto 30.06.2018 & Vide no. O14JALCTOA1124915 dated 11.04.2014 valid upto 30.06.2018 respectively. Now the hotel has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The hotel has deposited which is adequate upto 30.06.2023. The hotel cum restaurant was visited by the AEE on 12.6.2018 and observed that the hotel cum restaurant has 30 Rooms with Banquet hall & Restaurant. The hotel has installed 2 No. D.G set of capacity 125 KVA & 160 KVA with canopy in the premises. The industry is not generating any trade effluent as only Domestic effluent is discharged into M.C Sewer after Oil Grease Trap. The Hotel Cum restaurant a submitted approved building from M.C Jalandhar. The effluent sample has been collected on 12.6.2018 and sent to zonal lab for analysis.
