The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that the varied ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for processing of milk @ 600 KLD and manufacturing of Kheer @ 3 MTD, Paneer @ 10 MTD, Ghee @ 10 MTD, Curd @ 100 MTD and Lassi @ 250 MTD may be granted to industry upto 31/03/2022 subject to the suitable conditions. |
