It is intimated that earlier the industry has submitted C.A certificate dated 03.12.2015 which shows the cost of total fixed assets of Rs. 11,56,66,493/- and cost of plant and machinery of Rs. 4,02,22,306/-. Now the industry has submitted the fresh C,A certificate as on dated 01.05.2018 which shows the cost of total fixed assets of Rs. 12,35,77,794/- and cost of plant and machinery of Rs. 4,41,92,348/-. Industry has not submitted the detail of increase in fixed assets and plant and machinery. The industry has deposit the consent fees for 2 year only, as per the Board policy the industry is required to deposit consent fees for five year. You are requested to clarify the above said within 2 days. |
