Since, the NOC for establishment of rice shaller has already been refused by the Board due to non achieving siting guidelines and the Board cannot relax the siting guidelines as the same has been framed by the Govt. of Punjab, Deptt. of Science, Technology & Environment. Therefore, the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala shall decide the renewal of consent case on merits. Further, regarding issuance of directions for non-operation of the machinery other than modern hooler can be sent through hard file. If approved, the case be return to Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala to decide the same as per the power deligated by the competent authority and send the case regarding issuance of directions for non-operation of the machinery other than modern hooler through hard file, please. |
