Dear Sir,
The detail of machinery added in the unit, as submitted in undertaking is wrong. As, there is no change in CA certificate because we have already added machinery in earlier CA certificate of dated 04/03/2014. Now, we are now submitting fresh CA certificate (copy attached). So, we are requesting to you grant us consents of water and air.
