Discussed the case with CEE-J on 5-7-2018 with hard copy. The industry has been granted fresh CLU vide DTP Hoshiarpur vide letter no. 401/DTP(H)/ CLU-1 dated 17/4/18 to the industry for the establishment of the stone crusher in the Khasra No. 1816,1817,1819, 1820 and also intimated that this CLU will replace the earlier CLU granted vide no. 830/DTP(H)/CLU-1 dated 12/6/2012 for Khasra No. 1713,1716,1720, 1725, 1855,1856,1857. In compliance to the letter written by RO vide no. 1673 dated 18/4/2018 to SDM Mukerian regarding various distances of the stone crusher for sitting guidelines. SDM vide letter no. 20864/M.C dated 23-4-2018 has intimated that the Khasra No.1816,1817,1819, 1820 is owned by Sh. Ravi Shankar Tiwari S/o Shrikant Tiwari and given the various distances as per siting guidelines which shows that the site of the stone crusher is meeting with siting guidelines. in the mean time a complaint was received against the stone crusher questioning issuing of wrong CLU dated 17/4/2018 by the Competent Authority. Accordingly 3 membery committee has been constituted by SDM Mukerian for re-verification of Khasra nos. and SDM vide letter no. 1354/M.C dated 12-6-2018 addressed to EERO Hoshairpur has intimated that the report already sent vide no. 864/M.C dated 23/4/2018 is correct and the stone crusher has been established in the Khasra No. 1816,1817,1819, 1820 . submitted for information and further action as proposed please. |
