It is submitted that the industry has increased its value of plant & machinery from Rs. 32,99,854/- to Rs. 40,58,111/- i.e. Rs. 7,58,257/-. The description of increase in value of plant & machinery is given as below in tabulated form:

The industry has also submitted the copy of bills alongwith the application form. The industry has deposited NOC regularization fee Rs. 3,000/- vide R.No. 16/4733 dated 19/06/2018. It is further informed that there is no increased in production capacity as well as pollution load of the industry, as per the undertaking submitted by the industry.
Therefore, it is once again recommended that:- 1. Consent to operate granted to the industry under the Water Act, 1974 may be extended upto 30/09/2022, for manufacturing of raw rice @ 4.0 TPH (Without dryer), with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry will obtain permission to abstract ground water as per guidelines issued by Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA).
2. Consent to operate granted to the industry under the Air Act, 1981 may be extended upto 30/09/2019, for manufacturing of raw rice @ 4.0 TPH (Without dryer), with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry shall get the performance of APCD monitored from Board's lab within one month from its commissioning in the coming season and shall submit the analysis report to the Board for further extension of consent.
