Keeping in view of the above, it is recommended that consents under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Ac, 1974 and under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be extended upto 30.09.2022 with usual conditions and with the special condition that:- 1. The industry shall shift its unit from present site to designated area as and when asked by the State Govt/Punbjab Pollution Control Board/ As per policy of the state Govt. 2. The industry will obtain the permission for the use/abstraction of ground water as per the requirements of Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA). The Board will not be responsible for any lose, in case the CGWA will prohibit the abstraction/use of water on account of non obtaining of such permission. |
