Earlier CTE for expansion was granted to the industry upto 07/05/2019. Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry was visited by RO on 19/06/2018 and observed that The industry was not in operation due to weekly off. 2. The industry was engaged in the process of manufacturing of Leather Board by using leather Dust and Waste Bardana etc. 3. No source of air pollution was there If pproved that consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2022 with the suitable conditions. |
