The marriage palace has applied for obtaining consent under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974. Accordingly, the marriage palace was visited by RO on 25/06/2018 and it was observed that : 1. The marriage palace has one no. functional hall having capacity to cater approx. 400 persons, however no function was being carried out at the time of visit. 2. The marriage palace has provided grit removal arrangement, oil & grease trap followed by septic tank for effluent generating from various house hold activities with provision to discharge the same on green area within its premises and same is adequate. If approved that Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/09/2022. |
