The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended as under:-
1. The consent under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 13/03/2023 subject to the suitable conditions and an additional condition that the industry shall obtain permission from CGWA for abstraction of ground water as per office order no 7956 dated 09.03.2018.
2. The consent under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30/06/2019 subject to suitable conditions and an additional condition that the industry shall submit the analysis results from the NABL approved lab as per notification issued vide GSR No. 46(E) dated 03/02/2006 as amended from time to time by MoEF for such type of industries. |
