It is submitted that consent to establish (NOC) was granted to the industry vide no.CTE/Exp/MOG/2017/5720181 with validity upto 16.07.2018, subject to the suitable conditions alongwith the following special condition:-
"The industry will obtain prior permission from the Central Pollution Control Board for abstraction of additional ground water from its existing tube well before carrying out any expansion activity within its existing premises.
The Board vide letter no. CEE(HQ)/2018/7956-84 dt. 09.03.2018 (copy attached) has decided that the Board shall continue to grant consent to establish / consent to operate to the industries with the advisory to obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of groundwater from the authorities concerned as notified by the Central Ground Water Authority. However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries.
Now, the industry has applied for varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 & Regional Office has forwarded the case for grant of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 to the industry.
Keeping in view report of Regional Office, If approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.06.2023 for processing of milk @ 50000, liters/day to produce various milk products, subject to the suitable conditions alongwith specific condition that–
The industry will submit analysis report of effluent samples & emission samples from Board's lab, within a period of 2 months at increased machinery i.e. 3 no. evaporators and rice husk fired boiler of higher capacity i.e. 4 TPH.
