The case of the industry has been scrutinized and observed that the industry has applied for obtaining NOC consent to establish for paddy processing capacity of 3 TPH. The industry has submitted feasibility report according to which the industry shall generate SPM levels less than 2500 mg/Nm3 and shall install cyclone as APCD to achieve SPM levels less than 400 mg/Nm3. As per the directions by the higher authorities, the industry is required to achieve SPM levels less than 150 mg/Nm3 after installing requisite APCD, for paddy processing capacity of 3 TPH.
In view of the above mentioned facts, if approved, the case of the industry may be returned with the request to resubmit the same after attending to the aforesaid observations. |
