It is submitted that the industry was visited by officers of the Board on 31/10/2017 and following violations were observed:
1. The industry has not provided pucca floor i.e. at vehicular movement area inside the premises to avoid the dust emissions.
2. Environmental data board by the industry was not found updated.
3. The industry has not provided VFD.
Accordingly, show cause notice for violation of provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was issued vide no. 4996 dated 20/11/2017.
May if approved, the industry be visited to verify compliance made it, for processing the application further. |
