It is submitted that due to typographical error it was that the boiler furnace is not based on FBC system, however, it is based on FBC system.
Further, the industry has submitted compliance report of conditions imposed in the consents granted to it under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and as per compliance report, it is complying with the conditions of consents.
Further, the Board has carried out stack emissions sampling on 17/1/2017 and as per the analysis results, the concentration of SPM was found to be 318 mg/Nm3, which is within the permissible limits.
It is further submitted that stack emissions sampling will be carried out as son as the plant is recommissioned as the plant is not operation due to off season.
