The application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed that the industry has made an agreement with M/s A.P. Organics (Unit-IV) regarding treatment of waste water generated from its premises in the ETP installed by the M/s A.P. Organics (Unit-IV). However, the industry is required to submit the details with regard to capacity of existing ETP, type of treatment given in the said ETP and characteristic of waste water generated from process of its unit. The industry is also required to submit the adequacy certificate from consultant/ institute of repute as to whether the said ETP will be able to treat the effluent generated from its unit. The industry is required to clarify the observation, within 03 days. |
