The details of the clarification is given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In view of the report/recommendations given by Regional Office, if approved, renewal of consent to operate be granted to the marriage palace upto 30/09/2027 subject to suitable conditions and specific conditions that : I. The marriage palace shall submit anaylsis report of domestic effluent sample got analysed by the Board/ Board/s approved lab within 3 months. II. The marriage palace shall get the building plan approved from the competent authority and shall submit a copy of the same to the Board within 3 months. III. The marriage palace shall regularly get cleaned the oil & grease trap, so that the wastewater can be effectively treated in the septic tank and dispose of its waste in a scientific manner. IV. The marriage palace shall maintain record of the readings of the water meter installed at the source of fresh water regularly. V. The marriage palace shall continue to comply with the provisions of the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016. VI. The marriage palace shall comply with the provisions of the Noise Pollution (Regulation &Control) Rules 2000. VII. The marriage palace shall comply with the guidelines issued by Central Ground Water Authority from time to time. VIII. The marriage palace shall provide proper rainwater harvesting system for recharging of ground water as per the guidelines mentioned in the manual published by the MoEF for construction projects, within 3 months and shall report the compliance in this regard to the Board within 15 days, thereafter. IX. The project proponent of the marriage palace shall not allow to play the DJ/ music system outside the hall and not beyond 10.00 PM in any case in compliance to directions issued by the Board vide no. 196 Dated 30.04.2018. X. The Marriage palace shall bound to comply with the bye-laws of the Master Plan to be prepared by the Department of Town and Country Planning, Punjab for Patran town, please. |
