Kindly peruse the note of JEE, and in view of above, if approved, it is recommended that varied consent to operate applied under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30/9/2022 for Processing of Paddy @ 2 T/hour to produce Rice 1.35 T/hour alongwith drier furnace with usual conditions (auto generated) alongwith the following special conditions as under:
1) The industry will comply with CGWA Guidelines.
2) The industry shall discharge its domestic effluent onto land for plantation after treatment in septic tank.
