It is intimated that the industry has submitted reply of the show cause notice issued to it. The industry has submitted that earlier the parameters of the air emission sample were found beyond the limits because APCD of the HMP was chocked and water pump was damaged. Now, the industry has requested that the hot mix plant is not operation due to rainy season and has requested for re-sampling as and when the same comes in operation. Further, the industry has submitted the bank guarantee of Rs. 1.00 lac is valid upto 12.07.2019.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act may be granted upto 30.09.2022 to the HMP with condition that the HMP shall comply with the code of practice for the HMP before its operation. |
