| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry is scrutinized and observed as under;
1. Names/addressed/ designation of the Directors / owners of the HCF are still not filled in the application form.
2. The HCF has not submitted the Land use document issued from the competent authority.
3. The site map is not legible properly and location of ETP/STP is to be mentioned on the same.
4. Completion certificate of the ETP/STP from the competent person.
5. Hard copy of the case is not submitted.
Therefore, the application of the industry cannot be processed. You are requested to clarify the above said observations within 2 days. Till then your application shall be considered as incomplete.
