Please peruse note pages alongwith agenda note sent by Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Sangrur for the details of the case.
Keeping in view of the above report/ recommendations made by Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Sangrur, it is proposed that:-
-Renewal of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2022 for the manufacturing of Biscuits @ 300 Kg/day by using Maida @ 1250 Kg/day, Ghee @ 400 kg/day, Sugar @ 330 kg/day & Fragrance @ 20 kg/day subject to the same conditions and the following additional conditions: 1. The industry will ensure that it will not emit black smoke under any circumstances.
2. The industry shall store and dispose of solid waste generated from its process in an environmentally sound manner and also maintain the record of the same.
3. The industry shall comply with the provisions of the letter issued by the District Town Planner, Sangrur vide no. 685 dated 07/05/2018 regarding approval of Change of Land Use and Building Plan from the Local Govt. please.
