Show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 has been issued for the reasons mentioned therein (copy attached) with hearing before SEE ZO-2 Ludhiana on 06-08-2018 at 11:00 am. It is requested to
1) inform the industry regarding the date of hearing and to submit reply to the notice through online system well before the hearing, please.
2) clarify as to how it has recommended case of industry established after the issuance of Master Plan under the circular no. 21 dated 08-06-2018 which is applicable on the units established before Master Plan of Ludhiana. |
