Earlier consent under Water Act, 1974 was extended upto 30/06/2018 . Now the industry has applied for obtaining further extension in validity of same. The industry was visited by AEE RO on 10/07/2018 and observed as under :- 1. The industry is engaged in the process of manufacturing of Thinners, Lacquers, Sealers & Rubber Adhesive. 2. The industry was not in operation during visit. 3. If approved that the Consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be extended up to 30/06/2023. |
