The details of the case are given in the agenda note, which may kindly be perused. In view of the report/recommendations given by Regional Office, if approved, varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted upto 30.09.2024 for bottling of IMFL @ 12000 bottles (750 Ml)/day & discharge of treated trade effluent @ 11.0 KLD and treated domestic effluent @ 2.0 KLD onto land for plantation after treatment, subject to suitable conditions and following additional conditions: - 1. The industry shall provide flow meter with its submersible pump within 15 days and submit compliance in this regard to the Board within 3 days, thereafter. 2.The industry shall maintain daily record of fresh water consumed, discharge of treated wastewater at the outlet of the ETP and units of electricity consumed for operation of the ETP and shall make available this record to the authorized officer of the Board during the conduct of visit, please.
