It is submitted that the palace was visited by undersigned on 23.07.2018 to check the compliance made by it and it was observed as under:
1. No function was carried out in the palace.
2. The palace has planted trees along its boundary wall and also developed the green lawn area within the premises but the palace has not developed plantation area for discharge of treated domestic effluent. Moreover, no network has been provided for discharge of effluent in plantation developed along boundary wall and green lawn area for which claimed by the palace w.r.t. show cause notice issued to it.
3. The palace has not submitted proper scheme for handling of solid waste as claimed in reply of show cause notice i.e. recyclable solid waste given to recyclers and kitchen waste to the pig farm.
As such, the palace has failed to comply with the conditions of NOC granted to it. It is, therefore, recommended that consents to operate applied by the palace under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be refused please. |
