| Clarification Note: |
The application has been scrutinized and found incomplete due to following reasons:-
1. As per latest CA certificate dated 27/06/2018 and earlier CA certificate dated 10/10/2014 submitted by the industry, the value of building has been increased from Rs. 15.52 lacs to Rs. 16.47 lacs and the value of plant & machinery has been increased from Rs. 31.86 lacs to Rs. 33.14 lacs. Hence, the industry is required to submit clarification regarding increase in assets against various heads.
2. The industry has deposited Consent to operate fee, which is adequate upto 30/06/2023. But, as per policy of the Board to maintain uniformity in validity of consent, the consent to operate under the orange category units are being granted upto 30th September of the year. Hence, to make the fees adequate upto 30/09/2023, the industry is requested to deposit consent to operate fee of Rs. 600/- each under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981.
3. The undertaking attached with the application is not signed.
4. The industry has not submitted signed point wise compliance report of all the conditions imposed in the earlier consent granted to it.
It is requested to remove above said clarifications within two days. |
