The industry was granted consents to operate under Air and water act valid upto 07.08.2013. Thereafter the industry has paid Rs. 60,000 under each act online vide receipt dated 07.05.2015 and receipt dated 24.05.2018 i.e. total 1,20,000/- under each Act. The fees submitted by the industry is inadequate. The case may be returned and the industry maybe requested to apply afresh after submitting the total fees of Rs. 6,00,000 under each act from the date of expiry of consent to make the fees adequate upto 06.08.2023. |
