In view of the above report/ recommendations of AEE, it is recommended that ;---
1. The industry may be granted Consent under the Air Act, 1981 for short period i.e. upto 30/06/2019 with suitable conditions and special condition that the industry complete stabilization of movement area within one month.
2. The industry may be directed to get its bank guarantee renewed for another one year so that fate of the same may be decided after the collection of 3rd stack emission sample as per policy of the Board. |
