It is intimated that the industry has submitted the reply of the show cause notice issued to it. The industry has submitted the APCD will be installed shortly on rotary furnaces to control air emission. Further, the air emission sample collected from the rotary furnace was found within the limits. Considering the reply of the industry, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2023 with condition that the industry shall install the APCD on Rotary Furnace within two months. |
