The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts mentioned in the said note, it is recommended that the consent to operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2022 for bottling of IMFL @ 12000 bottles/day subject to suitable conditions and an additional condition that the industry shall provide canopy on its D.G. set within one month and submit compliance in this regard to the Board and it shall not operate the D.G. set till the canopy is provided on it. |
