It is temporarily restoration case and electric connection of the industry was restored upto 31.08.2018 vide Board’s letter no. 2574-76 dated 29.05.2018 with the condition that its effluent and air emission samples will be got analyzed from Board’s lab.
As per the record, the industry is not operated regularly. The last consent of the industry was returned to it due to the reason that the industry was not got analyzed its effluent and air emission samples from Board’s lab. The industry was advised to resubmit the application after effluent and air emission sampling. However, the industry without intimating its operational schedule has again submitted the consent application. The case will remain pending during the analysis time and receipt of reports.
In view of above, it is recommended that if approved, the present application of the industry may be returned to the industry with an advice to resubmit the same after got analyzing its air & effluent samples from Board’s lab, immediately.
