It is submitted show cause notice approved is yet to be issued to the palace. However, palace has submitted the reply w.r.t. clarification raised by JEE on 05.07.2018. The palace has submitted that they have constructed oil & grease trap followed by septic tank for treatment of effluent generated from kitchen section and the discharge of the treated effluent has been made onto land for plantation. Further, the palace has deposited Rs.3,000/- as NOC regularization fee. If approved, Regional Office may be requested to verify the facts and to resubmit the case alongwith recommendations please. |
