The industry was visited by undersigned on 02.08.2018 and observed that the industry has installed RMC plant as well as hot mix plant in premises, which were in operation during visit. However, the industry has applied for CTO under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 for operation of RMC plant only. The industry is requested to clarify the same.
The industry has submitted CA certificate of Rs. 94.85 Lacs, in which the industry has not included the value of rented land & assets of hot mix plant.
You are requested to clarify the above said observations within 3 days so as to proceed further in the matter. |
