The industry was issued show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with an opportunity of personal hearing before the Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-2, Ludhiana on 08-08-2018 at 11:00 am. However, the hearing has been postponed due to some administrative reasons and is now re-scheduled for 17-08-2018 at 11:00 am. The time and venue will remain same. You are requested to attend the hearing on schedule date and time and also to submit reply to the notice through online system well before the hearing. |
