The project proponent was issued show cause notice before refusal of extension in the validity of water consent with an opportunity of personal hearing before the CEE (P) on 6/8/2018. The proceedings of the hearing are uploaded herewith for kind perusal. During hearing, the following decisions were taken:
1. The validity of 'consent to operate' under the Water Act, 1974 granted to the project proponent be extended upto 30/9/2019.
2. EE, RO, SAS Nagar shall verify the submissions made by representative of the project proponent and thereafter, submit report / recommendations in the matter.
Thus, the file is submitted for online approval of your good-self for grant of extension in the validity of water consent to the project proponent upto 30/9/2019 please. |
