The text to return application has been prepared as under:-
The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 28/07/2018 and it was observed that the industry has not provided APCD along with stack of adequate height with dryer section. Also, the industry has not provided mesh of 5 feet height above the brick wall in front of the discharge point of rice husk area. Hence, the application of the industry for obtaining varied consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 is being returned with request to resubmit the same after installing APCD with dryer section and after providing mesh of height 5 ft above the brick wall in front of the discharge point of rice husk area, within 07 days. |
