The industry was in operation and ETP was also in operation. The ETP consisting of 1) High TDS Stream – Collection Tank, MEE, ATFD 2) Low TDS Stream – selector, primary aeration tank, primary clarifier 02 Nos., secondary aeration tank, secondary clarifier, sand filter, carbon filter followed by RO system, RO permeate discharged onto land for plantation and RO reject is sent to MEE. The industry has planted trees and total area is 02 Acres for utilization of the treated effluent. However, the treated effluent is used into the process. 2. The industry has installed online monitoring system at the outlet of ETP 3. The industry reuse treated effluent in cooling towers and process. 4. The industry has provided 11 location for air sparging and 3 location for in situ chemical oxidation to remove contamination of ground water and same were being operated. 5. The pilot project for the production of Pitvastatin @ 1 MTA and Caspofungin @ 0.1 MTA has been installed by the industry and all the construction work / machinery installation work has been completed.
