It is intimated that the industry was visited by AEE of this office on 08.08.2018 and observed that the industry was in operation. The industry was discharging domestic effluent in underground tank, which has no outlet and there was no provision for the discharge of domestic effluent from the school also. The industry has not any provisions for disposal of the waste cutting from the process.
In view of above, it is recommended that show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under Water Act & Air Act may be issued to industry. |
