| Clarification Note: |
1. The CA certificate submitted by the project proponent is not proper. The project proponent has given the value of building, plant & Machinery, furniture and fixture. The project proponent is required to submit the total gross block of fixed assets (without deprecation) under three heads.
(a)Land & building
(b) Plant & Machinery
(c) Other fixed assets
Moreover, the project proponent has submitted the fixed assets for 30, Vasant Vihar, Jalandhar. From this certificate, it cannot be considered the gross fixed assets for Thakur Colony, Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana.
2. The project proponent has required to submit the latest CA certificate showing the gross fixed assets as on 31.03.2018.
3. The project proponent has not attached the agreement with authorized agency for lifting of municipal solid waste.
