It is intimated the industry was granted consent to to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 which is valid upto 14.09.2018. Now, the industry has applied for renewal consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS. The industry has submitted application form, CA Certificate, earlier granted consents compliance. The industry has already deposited Rs. 1800/- vide receipt No. 16/4541 dated 06.03.2018 under Air Act and Rs. 1800/- vide receipt No. 17/4601 dated 06.03.2018 as water Act & Rs. 500/- vide receipt No. 15/4541 dated 06.03.2019 as application form fee. The industry was visited by AEE of this office on 03.08.2018 and observed as under:- 1) Sh. Raman Madan (son of prop.) of the industry was available at site. The industry was not in operation during visit. The representative of the industry informed that the industry has not yet been started due to shortage of raw material. 2) The industry has installed 1 no. lead smelting furnace followed by two no. gravity chambers, trimacyclone, Bag house and wet scrubber as APCD and adequate stack height and sampling arrangements at site. 3) The domestic effluent will be discharged into PSIEC sewer. 4) The industry has submitted approved building plan competent person under Factory Act.
In view of above, if approved, the consent to operate under Water Act 1974 may be granted for six months with condition that industry shall obtain actual user certificate within this time period. |
