Application returned as the industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 13/08/2018 and observed the following short comings are as under: 1. The industry has not provided chutes at the end of the conveyer belt. 2. The industry has provided recirculation tank, which was completely filled with silt. 3. The approach road leading to the hodi are not metalled/Gatka. 4. Also the industry has applied under Air Act only and not under Water Act also as required.
The application is returned to the industry to resubmit the same after removing the above mentioned short coming and submit the compliance of the same alongwith photograph within 5 days |
