| Clarification Note: |
The application of the promoter company was scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. Earlier, total cost of the assets of the industry was Rs. 23.75 lacs and now the industry has submitted the CA certificate mentioning the total cost as Rs. 25.82 lacs. As such, the industry is required to clarify the reason behind the same.
2. The industry has submitted a copy of the agreement executed by it with M/s JBR Technologies, for lifting of trade effluent to the tune of 1500 ltr./month. However, as per the application form, the industry is generating 0.5 KLD of trade effluent, i.e., 15000 ltr./month, which is not in consonance with the agreement.
3. The industry has not submitted proper compliance report of the conditions of the previous consent.
4. The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 and has mentioned that it has installed a DG set in its premises in May, 2016. However, the industry is required to submit proof in this regard, so that adequacy of consent fee deposited by the industry could be ascertained.
As such, you are requested to clarify the above mentioned observations within three days so that further necessary action may be taken in the matter.
