It is submitted that notice u/s 33-A of Water Act,1974 and u/s 31-A of Air Act,1981 has been approved with an opportunity of personal hearing before worthy CEE on the hard file. Notices are yet to be issued to the industry.
Report of Regional office has been examined and it has been observed that RO is required to clarify following points:
1. The adequacy of consent fee mention in column A(vii) is 30.09.2021 whereas in remarks column the adequacy of consent fee is mentioned as 30.09.2022.
2. Whether plantation is developed as per karnal technology or not.
