The certificate/CLU has been issued by the STP, Ludhiana. whereas the industry/RO claimed that the site is within M.C. limit in that case CLU has to be issued by the M.C. Ludhiana. Further, the industry/RO has mentioned Municipal sewer as mode of disposal. In that case, the industry should be within the M.C. Limits, further, on the Tajpur Road, the sewers are overflowed and the industry has obtained permissions on very lower side from M.C. Ludhiana for discharge of effluent into sewer. In view of above, the industry/Regional Office may be requested to clarify the above issues. Further, in case, the industry is located within M.C. Ludhiana then submit a permission from M.C. Ludhiana for discharge of effluent. Otherwise to submit documents to prove that it has alternative mode of disposal (adequate land under plantation of atleast 1 acres for the disposal of effluent), Submitted please. |
