In view of the above report/ recommendations of AEE, it is recommended that NOC may be granted to the industry for installation of induction furnace unit for production capacity of Steel Ingots 84 T/day with induction furnace of capacity 7 T/heats with suitable conditions and additional conditions that:
1) The industry will comply with CGWA guidelines.
2) The industry shall submit the completion certificate from PSCST, Chandigarh before obtaining consents to operate from the Board.
3) The industry shall be liable to obtain environmental clearance as required under the EIA notification dated 14/9/2006, in case of further increase in the production capacity of induction furnace.
4) The industry shall provide and maintain at least 03 rows of broad leaf trees along the full length of boundary wall toward the village. |
