It is submitted that the hot mix plant was visited on 09/08/2018 and the physical conditions revealed that the plant & machinery of hot mix plant was not being operated from last 1 year. Also, huge wild grass was grown in the whole premises of unit. As such compliance of order dated 26/04/1999 for prevention of pollution from hot mix plants could not be verified. Further the representative of unit informed that the plant was not operated from approx. last three years. The industry was requested to clarify the observation within 3 days, but no reply has received in this office, so far. It is recommended that application of the project proponent may be returned due to said observations pls. |
