This has reference to the consent applications submitted by the project proponent under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.
A perusal of the documents uploaded online by the project proponent indicate that the CA certificate indicating value of fixed assets of the project as on 5/9/2014, whereas, the project proponent is required to submit latest CA certificate showing fixed assets of the project.
In view of above, it is requested to immediately submit latest CA certificate showing fixed assets of the project before any further action is taken in the matter.
