Respected sir,
In reference of the show cause notice issued to the industry, now industry has submitted written reply in this office, wherein industry stated that they have raised the height of the stack and also provided pipeline for plantation area. Same has been verified by undersigned on 24.08.2018.
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 and Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2023 with usual conditions and special condition that the industry shall comply with provisions of the master plan prepared by the Country & Town Planning Department.
