The application of the industry for obtaining consent to operate of the Board under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 for operation of rice mill was received online in this office. The industry was visited on 23/08/2018 and during visit, it was observed that:-
1. The rice mill was not in operation due to off season.
2. The industry has provided brick wall of 11 feet height in front of the discharge point of rice husk area, but has not provided jalli of 5 feet height above the brick wall.
You are requested to clarify the above said observation within 3 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
