In view of the above report/ recommendations of AEE, it is recommended that the industry may be granted NOC for production capacity of Steel Ingots and Casting @ 84 MTD with induction furnace of capacity 7 T/heat with suitable conditions and additional conditions that: 1) The industry will comply with CGWA guidelines. 2) The industry shall submit the completion certificate from PSCST, Chandigarh before obtaining consents to operate from the Board. 3) The industry shall be liable to obtain fresh environmental clearance as required under the EIA notification dated 14/9/2006, in case of further increase in the production capacity of induction furnace. 4) The industry will stabilize its movement area before commissioning of the unit. |
